The S29JL032J70TFI020 is a 32 Mb, 3.0 V-only simultaneous read/write flash memory, organized as 2M x 16-bit or 4M x 8-bit. It supports 70 ns access time and operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, with standby current as low as 200 nA and active read current under 10 mA at 5 MHz. Features include four-bank architecture, JEDEC 42.4 compatibility, hardware sector protection, erase suspend/resume, and a secured silicon region. 48-pin TSOP, industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).
