The S29GL512T11FAIV20 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O from 1.65 V to VCC. It supports ×8/×16 data bus, 15 ns page access, and 110 ns random access at up to +105°C. Features include a 512-byte programming buffer, uniform 128-KB sectors, advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualification for automotive and industrial code or data storage applications.
