The S29GL512T10FAI020 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) MIRRORBIT™ flash memory for embedded applications, built on 45-nm technology. It features a 3.0 V core, versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), ×8/×16 data bus, and asynchronous read access times down to 100 ns. Page mode reads are as fast as 15 ns. The device offers a 512-byte programming buffer, ECC, and uniform 128 KB sectors. Operating from -40°C to +85°C, it supports 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
