The S29GL01GS10FHI020 is a 1 Gb MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse flash memory with a 3.0 V CMOS core and versatile I/O supporting VIO from 1.65 V to VCC. It delivers random access times as fast as 100 ns and page access times down to 15 ns. Programming uses a 512-byte buffer for high-speed write operations. Advanced sector protection and integrated ECC ensure data integrity. The device supports 100,000 program/erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and operates from -40°C to +105°C.
