The S29AL016J55TFIR10 is a 16 Mbit, 3.0 V-only boot sector Flash memory for automotive and industrial code and data storage. It offers 55 ns access speed, operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, and supports extended temperatures up to 125°C. Flexible sector architecture, hardware sector protection, and standby and sleep currents as low as 0.2 µA. JEDEC compatibility, cycling endurance of 1,000,000 cycles per sector, and 20-year data retention ensure reliability for embedded use.
