The S28HS512TGABHV013 is a 512 Mb automotive-grade SEMPER™ NOR flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It provides an octal interface compliant with JEDEC JESD251, operates at 1.7 V to 2.0 V, and supports temperatures from -40°C to 105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2). With up to 400 MBps DDR read speeds, robust ECC, Endurance Flex architecture, and sector protection, it is ideal for reliable, high-speed automotive and industrial storage applications.
