The S28HS01GTGZBHI033 is a 1 Gb automotive-grade SEMPER™ NOR flash with octal interface, supporting SDR at 166 MHz and DDR at 200 MHz. Built on Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, it offers flexible sector architectures, SECDED ECC, and ISO26262 ASIL B/D and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) functional safety. Endurance Flex enables high-endurance and long-retention partitions. CRC mechanisms ensure interface and data integrity.
