S28HS01GTGZBHI033 is a 1 Gbit SEMPER™ NOR flash with an octal interface for code and data storage in industrial embedded systems. It operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V over -40°C to +85°C, with GZ speed option supporting 166 MHz SDR and 200 MHz DDR (400 MByte/s). Built-in ECC (SECDED), interface CRC, data integrity CRC, SafeBoot and AutoBoot enable reliable boot and firmware updates in the field.
