The S28HS01GTGZBHA033 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports octal interface with SDR up to 166 MBps and DDR up to 200 MBps at 1.8 V. Features include flexible sector architectures, SECDED ECC, ISO 26262 ASIL B and ASIL D functional safety, and advanced protection schemes.
