The S28HS01GTFPBHI033 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for robust data integrity and endurance. Operating at 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports octal interface modes (SDR up to 200 MBps, DDR up to 400 MBps) with JEDEC JESD251 compliance. Endurance Flex enables up to 2,560,000 program-erase cycles for main array sectors and 300,000 cycles for 4 KB sectors.
