The S28HL01GTFPBHB033 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory with a 3.0 V octal interface, using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for high density and reliability. It features flexible sector architecture, supports up to 166 MHz SDR/DDR, and delivers up to 332 MBps read throughput. ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliant and ASIL-D ready, it integrates ECC, CRC, and SafeBoot. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across -40°C to +105°C, it is ideal for automotive and industrial applications.
