The S26HS02GTFPBHV043 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ Flash memory using Infineon’s 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. Designed for automotive and industrial use, it supports HYPERBUS™ up to 332 MBps (166 MHz) and legacy SPI. The device offers minimum 2,560,000 program-erase cycles, 25-year data retention, ISO26262 ASIL B compliance, ECC, and CRC. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it is available in a 24-ball BGA package. Applications include automotive, industrial, and embedded systems.
