The S26HS01GTFPBHM033 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory with HYPERBUS™ and legacy SPI interfaces, enabling DDR read speeds up to 400 MBps at 200 MHz. Built on 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, it delivers high endurance (minimum 2,560,000 cycles), 25-year retention, and flexible sector architectures. Functional safety features include ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, ECC, SafeBoot, and advanced sector protection.
