The S25HS512TFABHM010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Quad SPI interface, supporting up to 83 MBps SDR and 102 MBps DDR read rates. Operating at 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it offers flexible sector architecture, ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, Endurance Flex for high endurance or long retention, built-in ECC, SafeBoot, advanced sector protection, and 25-year data retention.
