The S25HS512TDPBHI013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports Quad SPI and Dual SPI interfaces up to 166 MHz and 83 MBps read speeds. Operating at 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it features ECC, CRC, and SafeBoot for robust data integrity and functional safety. Endurance Flex architecture meets ISO26262 ASIL B and AEC-Q100 grades. Applications include automotive ECUs, industrial controllers, and secure storage.
