The S25HS02GTFABHB053 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology in a dual-die package. It supports Quad SPI up to 166 MHz SDR (83 MBps) and 102 MHz DDR (102 MBps), with high endurance of at least 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years data retention. Integrated ISO 26262 ASIL B safety, ECC for error correction, SafeBoot, and advanced sector protection ensure robust reliability for automotive and industrial applications.
