The S25HS02GTDZBHB053 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory utilizing Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology in a 24-ball BGA package. Operating at 1.8 V, it features a dual-die architecture and supports Quad SPI interfaces up to 102 MBps DDR. Endurance flex architecture enables high-endurance and long-retention partitions, with minimum 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25-year data retention.
