The S25HS02GTDPBHM050 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology in a dual-die 24-ball BGA package. Operating at 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports Quad SPI with DDR read speeds up to 102 MBps and ECC for data integrity. Endurance flex architecture enables high-endurance and long-retention partitions. Sector protection and ISO26262 ASIL B compliance ensure safety.
