The S25HS01GTDPBHB030 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory based on Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, delivering up to 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years data retention. Supporting Quad, Dual, and standard SPI protocols, it achieves SDR read speeds up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps.
