The S25FS512SFABHB210 is a 512 Mbit (64 MB) automotive-grade Serial NOR Flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with a 1.8 V SPI Multi-I/O interface. It supports up to 102 MHz DDR operation for fast data access, and is housed in a 24-ball BGA (6 × 8 mm, 1.00 mm pitch).
