The S25FS512SDSBHA210 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) automotive-grade serial NOR flash memory with 1.8 V supply, supporting SPI Multi-I/O in single, dual, quad, and DDR modes up to 80 MB/s. Built on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture, it delivers 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and advanced security with OTP and sector protection.
