The S25FS256SDSMFI003 is a 256 Mbit (32 MB) serial NOR Flash memory with high-speed SPI Multi-I/O, supporting single, dual, quad, and DDR modes up to 80 MBps. Built on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, it features up to 512-byte page buffers, hybrid and uniform sector options, and advanced data protection. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified, it is ideal for automotive and industrial applications requiring high reliability.
