The S25FL512SDSBHI210 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory with MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase speeds. Supporting SPI Multi-I/O in single, dual, quad, and DDR modes, it achieves up to 80 MBps read rates at 80 MHz. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year retention. AEC-Q100 qualification and wide temperature range suit automotive use.
