The S25FL256SDPMFIG11 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory utilizing MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for improved program and erase speeds. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it supports industrial and automotive grades up to 125°C. Maximum read rates reach 52 MBps in Quad mode and 80 MBps in Quad DDR mode.
