The S25FL256SAGMFIG01 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for high performance and reliability. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data lines, including DDR modes, enabling read speeds up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V (core) and 1.65 V to 3.6 V (I/O), it offers advanced security, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention.
