The S25FL256LDPNFV011 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) FL-L series SPI NOR flash memory built on 65-nm floating gate technology. It supports single, dual, and quad I/O SPI operation up to 133 MHz (SDR) and 66 MHz (DDR), operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, and meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 for up to +125°C.
