The S25FL256LDPNFI010 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI NOR flash memory supporting single, dual, and quad I/O, DDR, and QPI modes. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and up to 125°C, it is ideal for automotive and industrial use. Maximum read rates reach 66 MBps (quad/DDR), with 256-byte page programming and uniform 4 KB, 32 KB, and 64 KB erase. Deep power down and AEC-Q100 qualification ensure reliable code storage and XIP in embedded systems.
