The S25FL256LDPBHB023 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm floating gate technology and a 3.0 V supply. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI, QPI, and DDR read modes, reaching up to 66 MBps in Quad I/O and DDR. With 100,000 program/erase cycles, robust security features, and AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C) qualification, it is ideal for automotive and industrial applications requiring high reliability and flexible erase options.
