The S25FL256LAGBHA020 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm floating gate technology, qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C). It supports up to 133 MHz SDR and 66 MHz DDR operation, with quad I/O and QPI modes for fast data transfer. The device features 100,000 program/erase cycles, 20-year data retention, advanced sector/block protection, and multiple erase options, making it ideal for demanding automotive and industrial applications.
