The S25FL128SDPMFIG10 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory built on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse architecture. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, achieving up to 80 MBps read speeds in Quad DDR mode. Security features include OTP, block and sector protection, and extended temperature range up to 125°C. Applications include automotive, industrial, and embedded systems. Endurance is 100,000 cycles and 20-year retention.
