The S25FL128SAGBHVC13 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase performance. Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it supports up to 133 MHz clock rates, quad read speeds to 52 MBps, and DDR quad read up to 80 MBps. Automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified (-40°C to 105°C), it features advanced sector protection, 20-year data retention, and 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum.
