The S25FL128SAGBHV303 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR Flash for embedded and automotive use. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, supporting single, dual, quad, and DDR SPI modes with up to 80 MBps read speed. MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture deliver fast programming, 20-year data retention, and 100,000 program-erase cycles. Security features include OTP and advanced sector protection. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2.
