The S25FL128SAGBHI203 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory, featuring MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. Supporting single, dual, quad, and DDR SPI Multi-I/O, it achieves up to 80 MBps read speeds. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it withstands -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1).
