The S25FL128LAGMFB010 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) serial NOR flash memory using 65-nm floating gate technology and SPI multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad interfaces, including QPI and DDR modes. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across industrial and automotive temperature ranges up to 125°C, it meets AEC-Q100 grades. Fast read rates up to 66 MBps (quad DDR) and four lockable 256-byte security regions make it ideal for code shadowing, XIP, and embedded storage.
