The S25FL128LAGMFB003 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) automotive-grade, AEC-Q100 qualified SPI NOR Flash memory utilizing 65-nm floating gate technology. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across –40°C to +125°C, supports single, dual, and quad SPI I/O, and achieves up to 66 MBps SDR and DDR Quad read rates.
