Rad hard high and low side gate driver RIC7S113E4 is a COTS product. With Schmitt trigger inputs, high allowable offset supply voltage transient slew rate, separate logic and gate drive supplies, and wide voltage range, this driver provides enhanced robustness and support for up to 400 V applications. Characterized up to 100 krad(Si) TID and LET of 81.9 MeV·cm2/mg. Hermetically packaged in a LCC CIC.
