The BRIGHTLANE™ Q3241-A3-QF700AE-A000 is an automotive-grade single-port 2.5GBASE-T1 Ethernet PHY in a 48-pin QFN package, compliant with IEEE 802.3ch-2020 and AEC-Q100 standards. Supporting 2500BASE-X and 10G-USXGMII system interfaces, it operates from -40°C to +105°C and integrates MDI termination resistors. Typical power consumption is 432 mW at 2.5G line rate. Advanced cable diagnostics enable robust performance in infotainment, ADAS, and telematics systems.
