250 V, 170 mA AC/300 mA DC single-pole Photovoltaic Relay in a 6-pinDIP Package. This normally open solid-state relay can replace electromechanical relays in many applications. This SSR is specifically designed for telecom applications but can also be used in other applications. PVT312L employs an active currentlimiting circuitry enabling it to withstand current surge transients.
