The JANSG2N7431U is a single rad hard 60V, 56A N-channel MOSFET. It features low RDS(on), low gate charge and high performance power. Its electrical performance is up to 500krad(Si) TID with QPL classification, making it ideal for space applications. Packaged in a SMD-2, this R4 MOSFET has proven to be reliable in satellite applications and provides advantages of MOSFETs such as voltage control and fast switching.
