The REAL3™ IRS2975C is a 3D Time-of-Flight (ToF) image sensor tailored for the consumer and industrial markets. It features HQVGA resolution (240 x 180 pixels) with a chip size of 18 mm2, suitable for a 1/6" image circle. The imager is designed to operate on a 2.8-volt supply rail and includes full laser safety functionality to ensure safe operation. Offering high flexibility for customizing use cases and output power, the IRS2975C delivers reliable performance both indoors and outdoors.
