This rad hard R9 N-channel MOSFET in SMD-0.5 package can handle 100V, 35A with electrical performance up to 300krad(Si) TID classification. With improved immunity to Single Event Effects (SEE) and low RDS(on), IRHNJ9A3130 is ideal for space applications, DC-DC converters, and motor controllers.
