IRHNA57Z60D R5 rad hard N-channel MOSFET is designed for space applications with 30V/75A capabilities. The SMD-2 package on a DBC carrier provides electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID classification. Proven reliability in satellite applications makes it ideal for DC-DC converters and motor control with low RDS(on) and gate charge.
