IRHLNM83Y20 is a rad hard single R8 N-channel MOSFET in a SMD-0.2 package, with a voltage rating of 20V and current rating of 17A. It provides immunity to single event gate rupture and burnout, while maintaining acceptable threshold voltage operation in radiation environments. Ideal for interfacing CMOS and TTL circuits to power devices in space, it can increase output current of PWM, voltage comparator or operational amplifier.
