TRENCHSTOP™ 5 S5 650 V, 50 A IGBT discrete co-packed with full-rated CoolSiC™ Schottky diode G6 in kelvin-emitter TO247-4 package for applications switching between 10 kHz and 40 kHz. The CoolSiC™ hybrid discretes reduce switching losses at almost unchanged dv/dt and di/dt values. The package provides ultra-low inductance to the gate-emitter control loop further improving switching performance especially at high switching frequencies.
