CoolSETTM Switch 5Q1 series - ICE5Q11xU integrates a PWM controller and 1700 V CoolSiCTM in QFN-16 package (9 x 5.5 mm), optimized for quasi-resonant flyback converter with input voltage up to 1200 V. The IC supports high voltage startup with internal cascode configuration and external VIN pin series resistor. It comes with integrated drain current sensing and comprehensive protection features, including VIN, VCC and Vout overvoltage protections.
