ICE5BR3995CZ is 5th gen CoolSET™ controller with a 950V CoolMOS™ MOSFET. It includes adjustable line overvoltage protection for unstable grids. With integrated MOSFET, it supports ultra-wide input voltage ranges for smart metering/industrial apps. Snubber circuitry can be optimized for better efficiency/standby performance. DIP-7 packaged, offers comprehensive protection features, EMI reduction, frequency reduction, and more.

  • 65 kHz maximum switching frequency with integrated 800 V superjunction MOSFET
  • Integrated error amplifier to support direct feedback typical for non-isolated topologies
  • Supports both isolated and non-isolated flyback topology up to an output power of 15 W
  • Supports non-isolated buck topology up to 450 mA output current
  • Auto-restart for all protection features
