The FM25040B-G is a 4-Kbit (512 × 8) serial ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with SPI interface, delivering high-endurance nonvolatile storage for frequent and rapid data writes. It supports up to 20 MHz SPI operation, operates from 4.5 V to 5.5 V across –40 to +85°C, and offers 100 trillion (1014) read/write cycles with 151-year data retention at 65°C.
