FM24VN10-G is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) serial ferroelectric random access memory (F-RAM) with I2C interface, supporting 100 trillion read/write cycles and 151-year data retention. Operating from 2.0 V to 3.6 V at -40 to 85°C, it supports up to 3.4 MHz clock and features low power consumption. It integrates a read-only serial number for board identification. NoDelay™ writes and EEPROM compatibility make it ideal for industrial controls and data logging.

Features

  • 1-Mbit (128K × 8) F-RAM memory
  • 100 trillion read/write cycles endurance
  • 151-year data retention at 65°C
  • NoDelay™ instant write technology
  • I2C interface up to 3.4 MHz
  • Supports 100 kHz, 400 kHz, 1 MHz, 3.4 MHz
  • Low active current: 175 μA at 100 kHz
  • 5 μA sleep mode current
  • Low-voltage operation: 2.0 V to 3.6 V
  • Industrial temp: –40°C to +85°C
  • Device ID and unique serial number option
  • Direct hardware replacement for I2C EEPROM

Benefits

  • Enables frequent, rapid data logging
  • Eliminates write delays for faster systems
  • Reliable data retention for decades
  • Reduces power consumption in operation
  • Extends battery life with sleep mode
  • Flexible for various I2C bus speeds
  • Operates in harsh industrial conditions
  • Easy upgrade from I2C EEPROM
  • Simplifies system identification and tracking
  • No polling needed after writes
  • Lower system overhead vs EEPROM
  • Suitable for high-write applications
