The FM24CL16B-GTR is a 16-Kbit (2K × 8) nonvolatile ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with an I2C interface, supporting 100 trillion read/write cycles and 151-year data retention. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.65 V across –40°C to +85°C, it features NoDelay™ writes, up to 1 MHz I2C speed, and low power consumption with 100 μA active and 3 μA standby current. It is a hardware drop-in replacement for serial EEPROMs, ideal for data logging and industrial controls requiring frequent writes.
