The FM24CL16B-DGTR is a 16-Kbit (2K × 8) serial ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with an industry-standard I2C interface. It delivers high-endurance nonvolatile memory with up to 100 trillion read/write cycles, 151-year data retention at 65°C, and operates from 2.7 V to 3.65 V across -40°C to +85°C. NoDelay™ writes and low power enable drop-in replacement for serial EEPROMs. Ideal for frequent data logging and industrial controls requiring rapid, reliable writes.
