The FM24CL04B-G is a 4-Kbit (512 × 8) serial ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) featuring an industry-standard I2C interface and NoDelay™ writes at up to 1 MHz. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.65 V, consumes just 100 μA at 100 kHz and 3 μA standby, and guarantees 100 trillion (1014) read/write cycles with 151-year data retention at 65°C.
